PRE-ORDER DELIVERY GUARANTEE
As with our first production run (which was also done with pre-orders) we guarantee that you will receive your item or 100% of your money back. No fine print. No worries. This is not crowdfunding. It is a real, binding transaction between you and Curvi Inc. which is 100% owned and operated by me, Patrick Raymond.
As a small business owner, I take pride in my invention and I answer all customer emails personally as I strive to deliver the best customer service. If you pre-order, I will email you 4 updates before delivery:
- Once production starts. And you can help expedite this. The sooner we reach factory minimums, the sooner we can start. So tell your friends about Curvi™
- Once production is finished and all units pass quality inspection (about 30 days later)
- Once units arrive in our shipping center (about 30 days later)
- Once your pre-order is shipped (about 3 days later)
Our factory is compliant with rigorous quality and ethical standards. We visited. Our product has been manufactured under rigid specifications and control and is warranted by Curvi Inc. to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. Our obligations are limited to the replacement or refund of purchase price of this product and do not include any liability for damages for claims because of accidents, negligence, misuse, alteration or improper installation.
REFUND or REPLACEMENT
If you open the package and discover a manufacturing defect, then it is eligible for a refund or free replacement. To qualify, please email a photograph of the defect. You don't need to return the item. In fact, once you install Curvi™ in your shower, it cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons. It is considered a personal care item, like socks or underwear. So you must have notice a manufacturing defect before usage. A damaged item -- after it was used in your shower -- is not eligible for refund.
Refunds are applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days. After that, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account. But we always try to expedite as quickly as possible.
