Our small business needs real people like you to help us win new customers. Otherwise, we normally charge a $7 flat-rate for shipping on all orders in the continental USA.
Our raw material suppliers, factory and fulfillment center are all compliant with rigorous quality and ethical standards. We visited. Our product has been manufactured under rigid specifications and control and is warranted by Curvi Inc. to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. Our obligations are limited to the purchase price of this product and do not include any liability for damages for claims because of accidents, negligence, misuse, alteration or improper installation.

YES: If you open your package and discover a manufacturing defect, then of course it is eligible for a free replacement. No questions. No fine print. We stand by our product and you deserve to be 100% satisfied. Simply send a photograph of the defect. If you prefer a refund, we can reimburse you 100% (including original shipping fees) if you return the item to us at your expense within 30 days of receipt. Refunds are applied to your original method of payment.
NO: However, once you install and use our product in your shower, it cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons. It is considered a "personal care" item, like socks or underwear. Therefore, it cannot be refunded (since it cannot be returned). So you must observe and photograph any manufacturing defect before usage. A damaged item -- after it was used in your shower -- is not eligible for return or refund. It is also unsafe and inconsiderate to logistics personnel to be asked to ship and handle a used personal care item.
